Location: Mobile, AL

Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week

Pay: $32/hour

About the Role

Soliant is seeking three Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join school teams in Mobile, Alabama for the 2025–2026 school year. These are onsite positions providing support to K–8 students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students under SLP supervision.
• Assist with progress monitoring, documentation, and IEP implementation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
• Participate in team meetings and follow school policies and therapy schedules.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama SLPA license required (must be registered with the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology).
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work onsite at assigned schools.
