As a Facility Worker you are responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. This role upholds Hilton’s quality standards through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. You support daily housekeeping operations by performing routine cleaning tasks, replenishing supplies, and responding promptly to guest requests.

Responsibilities of Facility Worker

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas.
  • Follow Hilton’s health, safety, and security guidelines at all times.
  • Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests when approached.
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth housekeeping operations.
  • Assist colleagues and support other hotel departments when required.
