  • Maintaining consistency and accuracy in every interaction based on established call guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Reliable internet and access to a device capable of handling phone or softphone calls.
  • Clear, patient communication and strong listening skills.
  • Basic ability to type notes or update records during or after the call.
  • Willingness to follow structured scripts and standard call procedures.
  • No previous call center background required; suitable for entry-level applicants.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfort assisting customers through phone, retail, or other service-based roles.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while staying focused and organized.
  • Confidence speaking with callers who may need additional clarity or reassurance.
