CPA Senior Director of Financial Reporting

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP

Oversee the external audit process and act as the primary liaison with auditors

Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required; Master's degree preferred

15+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role

Expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal control frameworks (i.e., SOX 404)

Experience leading large audits and managing relationships with external auditors

Familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems (i.e., NetSuite and Workiva)
