Compliance Director - M&A

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance - M&A Integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead compliance due diligence and integration risk assessments across the M&A lifecycle

Develop and execute integration plans that align acquired entities with the global compliance framework

Establish governance and monitoring structures for acquired entities, including dashboards and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree (MBA or JD) preferred

Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in compliance or internal audit, with 3+ years in a leadership role

Proven experience in implementing corporate compliance programs related to M&A transactions

Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks relevant to compliance

Demonstrated expertise in change management within compliance programs
