Job Introduction
We operate within the security guarding/mobile patrol industry and run an extremely busy control room, managing the allocation of guards and liaising with our clients to ensure the service runs smoothly. You will work both a day and night shift pattern managing our staff and dealing with client request and issues at their sites.
As the mobile you will be part of our 24 hour response team you will support the delivery of security services, key holding, alarm and emergency response services to various company assignments. The role is mainly nights with some day time working weekends and bank holidays. We are looking for a responsible individual who prides themselves on effectively carrying out operational procedures, best practice both internally and when dealing with customers and improvement of client services. The successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence be able to drive a manual car.
You must be flexible and be able to work hours as required for the business, which may include days, nights and weekends. This role is suitable for a person who is looking to develop their careers and who possess the ability to work on their own initiative whilst adhering to company procedures.
Duties And Responsibilities
Mobile
- Driving a company vehicle to provide supervision of our night officers and preventative supervision to a number of customers
- Locking and unlocking premises
- Patrols may be internal or external
- Respond to alarm activations
- Respond to intrusion detection
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Work as part of a team with the controller to provide a quality service
- Ability to work days or nights
Person Specification
- Holds a current valid SIA licence (Security/Door Supervision)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Excellent command of English – Both oral and written
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Flexibility according to operational needs
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Have a 5 year verifiable work history
