Position Overview
We are seeking a fully and independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) based in New Jersey to join our team as a fee-for-service clinician. This is an insurance-based position within a collaborative and growing telehealth private practice.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a minimum 25-hour clinical caseload per week
- Provide high-quality individual or couples, therapy via telehealth
- Participate in team case conferences, staff meetings, and supervision
- Complete clinical documentation timely and ethically
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, growth, and holistic care
- Uphold the mission and values of The Collective Therapy & Wellness
Requirements
- Active, independent LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in New Jersey (required)
- Resident of New Jersey and physically practicing within the state
- MUST NOT own or operate a separate private practice (We are looking for providers who want to grow within our brand and mission.)
- Experience or training in attachment-based, relational, or family systems therapy
- Interest in mind-body wellness, holistic healing, and integrative approaches
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms and digital communication
- Open to feedback, reflective supervision, and team collaboration
