Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – Fee-for-Service Telehealth Position (NJ-Based)

Position Overview

We are seeking a fully and independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) based in New Jersey to join our team as a fee-for-service clinician. This is an insurance-based position within a collaborative and growing telehealth private practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum 25-hour clinical caseload per week
• Provide high-quality individual or couples, therapy via telehealth
• Participate in team case conferences, staff meetings, and supervision
• Complete clinical documentation timely and ethically
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, growth, and holistic care
• Uphold the mission and values of The Collective Therapy & Wellness

Requirements

• Active, independent LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in New Jersey (required)
• Resident of New Jersey and physically practicing within the state
• MUST NOT own or operate a separate private practice (We are looking for providers who want to grow within our brand and mission.)
• Experience or training in attachment-based, relational, or family systems therapy
• Interest in mind-body wellness, holistic healing, and integrative approaches
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms and digital communication
• Open to feedback, reflective supervision, and team collaboration
