Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a DME Billing Specialist located in Mobile, AL. The DME Billing Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing client billing, verifying insurance claims, submitting invoices, and ensuring accuracy in billing processes. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent communication with clients and internal teams, resolving billing inquiries, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Billing Process, Client Billing, and Invoicing
- Proficiency in Accounting practices and financial accuracy
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and resolve billing-related concerns
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with healthcare or DME billing practices is a plus
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance providers is beneficial
- Proficient in relevant billing and accounting software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in accounting or billing preferred
