Position Overview for Floating Banker

As a Floating Banker at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a distinct customer interaction focused on improving financial stability and promoting customer loyalty.
  • Manages various customer engagements accurately and efficiently.
  • Informs customers about the different alternatives they can consider for their financial dealings.
  • Discovers opportunities in customer engagements and directs them to the appropriate branch personnel.
  • Cultivates customer engagement through lobby initiatives and purposeful discussions.
  • Tailors PNC offerings to address customer preferences.
  • Spotlights sales prospects and steers customers towards the appropriate team members for expanding connections.
  • Supports customers in learning about digital banking tools, technological choices, and self-help resources for managing financial transactions efficiently.
  • Demonstrates effective problem-solving by applying product and procedural knowledge to customer issues.
  • Confirms that teller and branch operations are performed accurately, adhering closely to the policies and procedures set forth by PNC.

Qualifications
