Job Description:Salon Specialist

Palm Beach Tan is looking for enthusiastic and personable Salon Specialist to join our team and help clients look and feel their best. As a Salon Specialist, you’ll use your influencer skills to connect with customers face-to-face, provide expert guidance on our tanning and wellness services, and create a welcoming, organized salon environment.This role offers on-the-job training, great opportunities for growth, and a flexible schedule, making it perfect for motivated individuals passionate about beauty and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Exercise your influencer abilities in your routine face-to-face conversations
• Uphold a level of tidiness and organization within the salon space

A Description of our Preferred Candidate

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
• High school diploma, or equivalent
