Palm Beach Tan is looking for enthusiastic and personable Beauty Consultants to join our team and help clients look and feel their best. As a Beauty Sales Associate, you’ll use your influencer skills to connect with customers face-to-face, provide expert guidance on our tanning and wellness services, and create a welcoming, organized salon environment.This role offers on-the-job training, great opportunities for growth, and a flexible schedule, making it perfect for motivated individuals passionate about beauty and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maximize your influence potential in your face-to-face interactions on a daily basis
• Keep the salon well-organized and clean without fail
• Daily Paperwork
• Tasks given as needed

The Characteristics We Value

• A minimum of 18 years of age is required
• Requirement to be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods without difficulty
• Required to lift 25 pounds unassisted
• Reliable transportation
• Easily adaptable availability, including nights and weekends
• The conferral of a high school diploma or its comparable substitute recognizes the fulfillment of educational requirements
