Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all nursing staff, including new employee orientation, continuing education, and skills training
• Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions
• Collaborate with directors and managers to implement organizational goals and objectives
• Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and job performance
• Evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and training

Requirements

• Minimum Years of Experience: 2
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
• Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; Master's Degree in Nursing is a plus.
• Additional Requirements: Excellent communication , presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency is using technology and learning management systems for education purposes.
