Maids à la Mode is hiring a dependable, detail-driven Vacation Rental Turnover Specialist to service high-end short-term rental properties throughout Baldwin County.

This is not basic house cleaning. Vacation rental turnovers require precision, efficiency, and hospitality-level presentation. Every property must be guest-ready, staged, inspected, and completed on schedule — every time.

We are looking for a professional who understands that details matter and deadlines are non-negotiable.

Schedule

• Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Weekday shifts may be available based on occupancy

Role Responsibilities

• Complete full vacation rental turnovers within scheduled timeframes
• Follow detailed property-specific checklists
• Launder linens and make beds to hospitality standards
• Inspect for damages and report issues immediately
• Restock supplies accurately
• Stage properties exactly as designed
• Take required before/after photos
• Communicate clearly and promptly with team leadership
• Ensure each property is 100% guest-ready before departure

Qualifications (Required)

• Must reside in or near Baldwin County
• Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance
• Valid driver’s license
• Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and photos
• Able to lift, bend, carry linens, and perform physical work for 4–8 hours
• Must pass national, state, and county background checks
• Must pass driving record check
• Drug-free workplace
• 3 professional references required
