Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fairhope, AL, for a Dish Person at Locals restaurant. The responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and equipment. Additional tasks may involve assisting in basic food preparation, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area, and supporting kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations. The Dish Person will help uphold health and safety guidelines and contribute to an organized and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dishwashing and basic Food Preparation tasks
• Ability to assist with Cooking tasks as needed
• Strong Communication skills for effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• A focus on Customer Satisfaction and maintaining high service standards
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn
• Prior kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required
