Lawn Care Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves providing exceptional groundskeeping services, ensuring that residential and commercial properties maintain their aesthetic appeal and health through effective lawn care techniques. Skillset determines starting rate, training is available to advance.

Duties

• Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain lawncare equipment safely and efficiently.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, or trees as needed.
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to enhance the health and appearance of trees on the property.
• Provide general groundskeeping services including debris removal and garden upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate any issues or recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to lawncare equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to irrigate effectively, ensuring optimal water distribution for plant health.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
