We are recruiting CDL-A drivers in the Mobile, Alabama area and welcome individuals who are just beginning their professional driving careers. This role provides dependable weekly income, consistent mileage, and a steady flow of freight. With late-model tractors and a strong safety-driven culture, you will have the guidance and resources necessary to establish a successful start in the industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly earnings between $1,100 and $1,500
• More than 2,500 miles per week on average
• Monthly bonuses tied to performance and safety standards
• No-touch freight, primarily drop-and-hook
• Assigned 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadias

Core Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
• Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate, compliant DOT logs and documentation
• Adhere to all internal policies and federal safety requirements
• Communicate clearly and consistently with dispatch personnel

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with an up-to-date DOT medical card
• Must pass a DOT physical and hair follicle drug screen
• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
• Reliable and verifiable employment history
