Role Summary

We are looking for a Level 2 Datacenter to support and maintain core backend infrastructure. The role focuses on Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, and Cohesity backup systems, ensuring system stability, performance, and data protection.

Key Skills Required

• Windows Server Administration (2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Backup Administration (Cohesity preferred)
• VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
• Data Center Operations (patching, hardware monitoring, rack & stack)
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Server monitoring and performance troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows Server environments
• Manage backups, replication, and recovery using Cohesity
• Administer VMware ESXi and vCenter environments
• Perform data center operational tasks and server patching
• Automate tasks using PowerShell
• Create and maintain technical documentation / KB articles

Qualifications

• IT background with 6+ years of experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Customer-focused, collaborative team player
