Compensation: $170,000 annual base salary DOE + 10% performance bonus based on individual goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a 10-year people & culture roadmap aligned to growth targets.
• Partner with executives on workforce planning, succession, and org design.
• Build a scalable recruiting engine and talent pipelines (universities, trades, industry partners).
• Launch leadership development, career-pathing, and mentoring programs.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR policies across subsidiaries.
• Implement HR technology and analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Act as a cultural ambassador across jobsites and offices.

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of Experience leading HR in construction, engineering, or adjacent industries.
• Proven ability to scale people systems from mid-market toward enterprise size.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor law, and safety best practices.
• Experience in workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Willingness to work full-time in-office in Mobile (relocation required if not local).
