PC Specialist

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge base
• Working knowledge of personal computers and basic knowledge of PC support functions

Desired Qualifications

• Formal training in PC operating systems and or application programming desired

Provides technical support to personal computer systems and PC network users in response to specific requests. Installs personal computer application software and assists in problem determinations.
