Home Instead is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and high-character caregiver for a full-time/part-time, 4-12 hour shift position anywhere in Baldwin County. This role is for someone who understands that caregiving is serious, meaningful work and takes pride in serving others with excellence.

Position Details

Schedule: 4-12 hour shifts

Status: Full-time/ Part-Time

Consistency: Steady, reliable schedule

Start Date: Immediate

Pay Range: $13–$15 per hour, based on experience

• Patient, reliable, and compassionate
• Someone who shows up, follows through, and takes responsibility
• Able to build genuine, respectful relationships with clients
• Willing to commit to a consistent full-time schedule
• Teachable and open to ongoing training and growth
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication and appointment reminders
• Support clients with Alzheimer's and dementia care
• Treat clients and their homes with dignity, respect, and care
• Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally

Safely transport clients when required

No prior caregiving experience required.
