Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Manager to lead our Five Guys location in a mobile setting within Mobile AL. This role will be challenged with setting a new culture of customer service, food service , career development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and a passion for hospitality management.

Responsibilities

  • Steritech Food safety experience necessary
  • Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
  • Must be a coach leader with 90 % in the field 5 days a week and 2 night shifts
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure smooth transactions and accurate cash handling.
  • Oversee inventory control, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.
  • Handle shift management duties, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring operational efficiency during busy hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and kitchen organization in line with health regulations.
  • Support budgeting efforts by monitoring costs related to food production, labor, and supplies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service or fast food environments.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing potential team members.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
  • Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and operational logistics in a hospitality setting.
  • Previous roles in casual dining or fine dining establishments are a plus; hotel or catering experience is advantageous.
