FirstFour Group , the Gulf Coast's preeminent source for specialized professional recruitment, is seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Representative on behalf of our client, a large commercial roofing contractor. Our client has a nationwide span and has been in business for over 50 years. Our client prides itself in being a great long-term home for dedicated professionals; many of its employees have been with the company for one or two decades!

The Outside Sales Representative will cover the company's home territory - the Gulf Coast - centering on Mobile and Baldwin counties and spanning from Pensacola, FL to Gulfport, MS .

Candidates must live within the territory to be considered - no relocation will be provided.

The role's objective will be

• The generation of new business within the territory - securing new commercial roofing contracts through referrals, industry trade groups, professional networking, and cold calling
• The generation of ongoing maintenance contracts from the company's existing customers

The company will provide a base salary, competitive bonus/commission structure, company truck with gas card, computer / phone, and a strong benefits package.

The ideal candidate will possess

• Bachelors degree
• Greater than five years of outside sales experience in a construction vertical (commercial roofing experience is highly preferred)
• Verifiable track record of success in attaining sales quotas
• Stable employment history with strong professional references
• Demonstrated ability to turn prospects into sales
