CDL A or B Driver - Mixer Truck

Concrete Mixer Truck Driver (CDL B required; CDL A will also be accepted)

• Location: Baldwin County, AL
• Pay: $20.79/hr

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Concrete Mixer Truck Driver with a valid CDL Class B license (CDL A will also be accepted) to join our team. The driver will be responsible for operating a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites in a timely and professional manner, ensuring compliance with all safety and DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites.

· Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.

· Load and unload concrete materials according to company and customer specifications.

· Maintain accurate delivery tickets and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

· Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

· Clean and maintain the mixer truck, including drum and chutes, after each delivery.

· Assist with minor truck maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.

· Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites.

Knowledge & Requirements

· Valid CDL Class B license (CDL A will also be accepted) with a clean driving record.

· Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience (preferably in construction or ready-mix industry).

· Ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently.

· Knowledge of DOT regulations and local traffic laws.

· Physical ability to climb, lift, and perform manual tasks as needed.

· Strong communication and time-management skills.

Work Conditions

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
