Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Preparer located in Mobile, AL. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. The role involves analyzing financial data, consulting with clients on tax-related matters, and staying up-to-date with current tax laws and regulations. Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent client service skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tax Preparation and knowledge of Tax laws and regulations
• Ability to analyze and interpret Financial Statements effectively
• Strong understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to consult with clients
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and tools
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA or EA) and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
