Furniture Repair Technician- Mobile, Alabama

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Furniture Repair Technician.
Primary Responsibilities
- Repairs and touch-up of wood, leather, and upholstered furniture
- Examine furniture to determine the extent of damage, do quality inspections on products and parts to decide on the best repair method.
- Assemble entire products or components and prepare finished products for shipment
- Remove old finishes and damaged or deteriorated parts, using hand tools that are not limited to: Power drills and power screwdrivers. stripping tools, sandpaper, steel wool, abrasives, screwdrivers, or staple guns.
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Qualifications
- Min 3 years of experience in furniture repair or restoration and assembly required
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
- We start at $1,000-1,200 in pay a week
