Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience .

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace or automotive industry experience.
• Strong manufacturing process knowledge.
• Ability to track and evaluate production line performance.
• Continuous improvement experience.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Experience increasing production rates.
• Experience with MTM (Method Time Measurement / time-clocking).
• Agile and adaptive problem-solving mindset.
