Sale Coordinator

Craft and Technical Solutions (CTS) is partnering with a growing organization in the Mobile, AL area to identify a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator. This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring seamless administrative support, accurate reporting, and strong internal and external communication so sales professionals can remain focused on closing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage sales calendars, schedule client meetings, coordinate internal briefings, and support sales leadership with day-to-day administrative needs.
• Order & Lead Management: Process client job orders and placement paperwork with a high level of accuracy; track candidate onboarding and assignment timelines; and maintain current client, candidate, and requisition data within CRM/ATS
• Customer Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, assist with issue resolution, and provide after-sales support when sales representatives are unavailable.
• Sales Collateral Coordination: Maintain, organize, and distribute current sales and marketing materials
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking key performance metrics such as revenue activity, conversion rates, pipeline status, and inventory levels.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
