Role and Responsibilities

The Assistant Culinary Manager manages the restaurant's functions while on duty, working alongside the team to uphold service excellence and drive operational and financial success. Key responsibilities include:

Mandatory Skillset and Previous Experience

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or prior restaurant management experience required.
Strong English communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Experience managing fast-food operations.
Understanding of food and beverage KPIs, product knowledge, and administrative processes.
Advanced skills in food preparation, production, and delivery, including food safety standards.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Discretion in handling confidential information and involving appropriate parties.
Eagerness to learn all aspects of restaurant operations and manage multiple areas.
Positive attitude with genuine desire to serve and empower others.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
