Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all guests and guide them through the dining experience with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering personalized suggestions and answering questions about the menu, ingredients, and preparation.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met.
• Monitor dining areas to proactively anticipate guest needs, promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned stations, including table maintenance and resetting.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
