Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is preferred, but a passion for people is essential.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the official GREETER and first impression for all guests entering the Sports Bar.
• Warmly welcome guests, manage seating requests, and maintain the waitlist accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee the seating of guests in a timely and strategic manner to optimize the flow of service.
• Proactively engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any seating concerns with a positive attitude.
• Support the service team by ensuring a smooth transition of guests from the door to the table.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service, turning every visit into a legendary experience.
