Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting and seating guests promptly, setting the tone for a positive dining experience.
• Providing expert guidance through the food and beverage menu, including detailed knowledge of daily specials, preparation methods, and ingredient information.
• Accurately taking and transmitting food and drink orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serving all courses and beverages efficiently and correctly, adhering to all service standards.
• Anticipating guest needs proactively and addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Handling payment transactions accurately and processing cash or credit card payments.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area and server station throughout the shift.
• Collaborating effectively with team members (hosts, kitchen staff, and management) to ensure seamless service flow.
• Adhering to all company policies, safety standards, and local liquor laws.
