Job Overview

Alabama Medical Group, P.C. is seeking a full-time Physicians Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the specialty of Infectious Disease for direct patient care in the hospital setting. Job duties include triage, assessment of patient health status, prescribing and monitoring treatments for patients and providing a continuum of care, documents patient information and care in patient medical record. This position is in a hospital setting under the supervision of an Infectious Disease physician. This position provides support for multiple Infectious Disease physicians requiring excellent communication between midlevel and patient's physician in a hospital setting.

Masters degree and successful completion of accredited physician assistant program or CRNP masters program. National certification required. State license required.

Schedule is 7 on/ 7 off Weekday hours of 7 am-5pm. Weekend hours are 8am-3pm
