We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant for a 1-month temporary assignment. This position is ideal for an organized administrative professional who can support office operations, handle clerical tasks, and provide excellent customer service.
JOB SUMMARY
The Office Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor when interacting with staff and the public.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general customer assistance.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar updates, and distributing correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and basic office logs.
- Support staff with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure office areas are organized and supplies are stocked.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all organizational procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer functions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
SCHEDULE & ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
- Length: Approx. 1 month
- Schedule: Standard business hours (final schedule to be confirmed with client)
- Compensation: $14
