Patient Access Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Responds to appointment requests via calls, emails, and work queues for scheduling medical exams and procedures
Schedules and manages patient appointments, ensuring all necessary information is communicated to patients
Documents and distributes messages regarding clinical inquiries to appropriate staff for timely responses
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 2 years of medical office or call center experience
Entry-level computer skills as required by the department
Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
Accurate data entry skills
