Role and Responsibilities of Route Fulfillment Driver:

The package delivery driver completes daily delivery assignments while maintaining safety, efficiency, and customer service standards.

• Load, lift, carry, and deliver packages weighing 25–35 lbs., with some items weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and in accordance with company guidelines.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at each delivery location.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Maintain required appearance standards.
• Complete delivery documentation and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience of Route Fulfillment Driver:

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles as required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
