Catastrophe Management Solution (CMS - a Pilot sister company) is looking for Building Maintenance Technician for offices in Mobile, Alabama.

Building Maintenance Technician

CMS is actively recruiting for a building maintenance technician in Mobile, AL. We provide competitive wages and 401k, along with access to a Flex spending account.

High school diploma or equivalent, two years experience in the maintenance and repair of buildings, plumbing, and electrical. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Essential Functions

• Installs, maintains and repairs faucets, flush valves, commodes, lavatories and other sanitary fixtures and equipment.
• Installs, maintains and repairs electric lighting, outlets and related electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Performs a variety of painting, carpentry work and flooring and ceiling repairs using hand tools and handheld power tools.
• Moves supplies and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Complies with safety regulations.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required.
• Related duties as required.
