What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of one year’s experience as a switchboard operator, receptionist, dispatcher, or communications clerk
Ability to meet medical and physical standards as established by the Personnel Board
Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts
Accuracy and truthfulness in application and job performance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Additional experience in a similar role within the public sector
Familiarity with civil service systems and application processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with two-way radio communication systems
