Requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources administration, business administration or public administration, preferably supplemented by a related master's degree, and a minimum of three years responsible experience in human resources administration, preferably in a public agency; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
Special Requirement
May be required to possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
